Similar to any other workout activity, a good warmup should be done before starting. Warming up the penis helps with better blood flow and it relaxes the ligaments and tissues of the penis, preparing them for exercise. If you are a runner, you know you can’t go running 7 miles without even warming up first. By not warming up, a runner would risk his ankles, knees and any joint his body forces to work during the race. The same happens with penis exercises. You have to gradually prepare the penis for any exercise, especially stretching.
There are different ways to warm up your penis and all of them are easy to do. The two most common are the following:
- Soak a towel in hot (not boiling) water, squeeze it a bit and then wrap it around your penis and scrotum, making sure that both are fully covered. You will automatically feel the relaxation of the penile tissues. With two applications you should be ready to go. It will take around 1 minute for each application.
- Take a shower with hot water just before you start training your penis.

Now you will need lubrication
To start you need to use a lubricant like coconut oil. Lubricants will help your hands or device (if using “The Penilizer”) to glide smoothly over your shaft without causing any irritation.
Most people usually use the following lubricants:
- Tilk Jelqing Lube
- Vaseline
- Coconut Oil
- Baby Oil
- K-Y Gel
- Astroglide
Please don‘t ever use soap as a lubricant. NEVER!
How to: You don’t need too much pressure for it to be effective; just use common sense and use a gentle pressure that feels effective. The goal here is to push the blood forward through the penis, not force it.
To start, you can either stand or sit with your legs open. I recommend sitting because you may get tired of standing for more than 5 minutes while doing the repetitions. Just make sure you are sitting straight and on the edge of either a chair, the toilet or whatever you choose to sit on. If you feel a bit tired of sitting, you can stand up and do some repetitions while standing too.
You should maintain an erection level of no more than 70 percent.
Steps with YOUR Hands
- Lather your penis with lubrication and bring your penis to a desired erection level.
- Create an OK grip with your thumb and index finger of either hand around the base of your penis. Make sure to place your hand close to your pubic area (as close as you can).
- Using common sense, apply some pressure that feels comfortable when pushing the blood. Do not over press. If it hurts you are applying too much pressure. It should not hurt in any way.
- Now move your hand, keeping the “0K”grip, forward to the edge of the penis head. Never jelq over the penis head. That completes one jelq.
- Then right away use your other hand to do exactly the same. It should take 2-3 seconds to complete each stroke with each hand.
- You will do this with momentum, just like the Army song: left, right, left. Each stroke with each hand is a repetition. You can start by doing 100 repetitions and increase gradually as I mentioned before.
Steps with “the Penilizer”
- Lather your penis with lubrication and bring your penis to a desired erection level.
- Place the device around the base of your penis, as close as possible to the pubic bone.
- Using gentle pressure, push the device forward towards the head. The ideal massage pressure will effectively push blood up to the penis but will not hurt it.
- Stop the massage before you reach the glans. Make sure not to apply pressure to the glans. Now you have completed one massage. Each massage stroke should take approximately 2-3 seconds.
- Once you have completed the massage, go back to step 2 and repeat the massage process. The massage can be perfonned in different directions: forward, upward, downward, to the left and to the right. It also can be performed either standing up or sitting. If you are new to the device you should start standing up while you get used to it.
When using your hands or “The Penilizer” you should train at least 3 days a week to see results.
A beginner routine should look like this:
First week – 100 reps
Second week – 200 reps
Third week – 200 reps
Fourth week – 300 reps
Fifth week – 350 reps
Remember that you should start slowly and build up gradually. Make sure you rest at least 2 days a week.
There’s No pronto Fix
Penis enlargement takes time. If you are the type of guy that goes to the gym for just one week and gets frustrated because of slow results, I’ve got news for you: this isn’t for you. Penis enlargement is not an overnight fix. I have seen numerous sites online claiming you can enlarge up to 2 inches in two weeks, and that is why I understand why people feel penis enlargement is not real. Gains of up to 2 inches in two weeks are unrealistic and even impossible. But 2 inches in a year or a year and a half is more likely possible. It takes time to get a bigger chest or bigger biceps. You will need determination, focus and discipline. If you put all these together you will see results.
From my personal experience and the information I have gathered from reading penis enlargement forums, books, etc., for years, I have noticed the following:
• Most men who have gained less than an inch in length or girth have done it in around 1 or 2 months.
• Most men who have gained an inch in length or girth have done it in around 3 to 4 months.
• Most men who have gained 1.5 inches in length or girth have done it in around 5 to 11 months.
• Most men who have gained 2 inches or more in length or girth have done it in around 12 months or more.
Some people ask me if 3 or more inches are possible, and from my personal experience and research I have found some men achieve the 3-4 inch mark, but it’s not common. But we are all different. When I say different I mean it in every way, especially from a genetic point of view.
As Mark Manson explains in his book, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F *ck, “We are wrong about everything”. He states “There is no correct dogma or perfect ideology. There is only what your experience has shown you to be right for you, and even then, that experience is probably somewhat wrong too”. So for me to tell you that you are going to have gains of a certain amount of inches would be wrong. I can’t guarantee you any certain gains because you are different than me and everybody else. Therefore, it’s your job to use common sense, keep going with your own exercises and know yourself better.
